about

A silly pop punk song I wrote about words that end in -ly

lyrics

He stood manly and
She looked girly
She wilted lily
When he forthed so sally
The motion was fluid and bodily so
He belly laughed when she neighborly asked to go

New adverbs, don't you think they're timely coined?
An adverb is a word that ends in LY

She left lonely
And ambled gullybound
With a woolly-wrapped
Ankle only
Her shoe had been dropped in a Waverly Way
He holy crapped when he saw he could save the day

It made her so jolly
When he noticed her folly
And as he was working
To answer the call, she
Counted the tally
And started to rally
And scream for the chance
To start to get pally
